Cedar Creek (Texas)

Not to be confused with the creek of the same name near Cedar Creek, Texas.

Cedar Creek is a creek in Kaufman, Van Zandt, and Henderson counties in Texas. It is most known for being the creek impounded to create Cedar Creek Lake. It is a tributary to the Trinity River, flowing into it south of Trinidad. It begins in northern Kaufman County, flows down into the lake just east of King's Creek, flows underneath SH 31 between Trinidad and Malakoff, and enters the Trinity River.
